NOTICE RE: NAME CHANGE

Effective November 21, 2006 Hospital Administrative Services (previously known as Hospital Business Services or HBS) will be carrying on its operations as Plexxus; Hospital Logistics Inc. will be carrying on its operations as Plexxus Logistics; and Shared Healthcare Supply Services will be carrying on its operations as Plexxus Sourcing. These changes in business name are for branding purposes only and have no effect on any existing contracts with our customers or suppliers.

Termination

Severability
