David Yundt is President and CEO of Plexxus, and has led the organization since it began operating in 2006. During his career, David has developed and implemented innovative business solutions in a variety of industries that include shared services, health care, consumer products, third party logistics, distribution and pharmaceuticals. David is a graduate from Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto, and the Rotman School of Management Directors Education Program.

As Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President, Customer Relationship Management, Andrea leads Plexxus strategic services including sourcing, spend management, contract management and supplier management. In addition, Andrea is responsible for Customer Relationship Management across all Plexxus services, this includes service delivery, customer service, account management, implementation of new services and the on-boarding of new Customers.
Andrea has over 25 years of diverse experience in the chemical, retail and healthcare sectors. Her career has included roles in finance, sales, customer service, human resources, labour relations, operations and manufacturing. Andrea has a track record of implementing complex change and transformation projects, including co-leading the successful implementation of SAP for Plexxus and its member hospitals.
Prior to joining Plexxus, Andrea was Vice President Operations at Baxter Healthcare leading their Canadian supply chain operations including manufacturing, supply and demand planning, procurement, warehousing and distribution, customer service, patient services, technical services and accounts receivable. Andrea also held leadership positions at YUM Brands (formerly PepsiCo Restaurants Inc.) and DuPont Canada.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. Andrea is a member of the Conference Board of Canada Innovation Procurement Council.

Mary Byczok is the Vice President of Human Resources for Plexxus. Throughout Mary’s 30+ year career she has gained a tremendous amount of experience and expertise. Before joining Plexxus Mary held progressively senior positions at A&P in supply chain, merchandising, operations and human resources, culminating in her attaining the role of Senior Vice-President, Human Resources.
Mary has crossed industries including Grocery Retailing, Real Estate Investment and Health Care. A leader of change, Mary has contributed at the executive level in start up organizations as well as business turnarounds.
A proponent of cross-functional project and teams, Mary has had opportunities in most parts of business including Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Change Management, Real Estate Planning, Merchandising, Procurement and Operations.
Mary has a Bachelor of Arts from York University, Bachelor of Education from University of Toronto and is a volunteer Board Director for the Canadian Breast Cancer Support Fund.

Chief Information Officer
With 20 years of executive experience, Lorena Ferino has dedicated her career to leading business and IT transformations. Lorena has helmed multi-million, multi-year and multi-phased business and IT transformation programs. She is known for her ability to develop successful business and technology partnerships.
Lorena is respected for developing IT strategies focused on accelerating business plan value, growth and risk mitigation. Lorena’s body of strategic work includes small, mid-size and large companies, not-for-profits and academic organizations.
Lorena holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario), Bachelor of Science from University of Toronto, Statistics and Mathematics and the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) certification.
She has served on Boards and provided industry leadership to develop and foster: the www.careermash.ca brand to inspire careers in the technology sector, and the Business Technology Management (BTM) undergraduate degree now offered in 18 universities across Canada.

Paul Holland is the Vice President of Logistics responsible for Plexxus Transactional Services including In-Hospital Logistics, Purchasing and the Plexxus Distribution Centre.
In his 25 years, Paul has diverse industry background working within the Transportation, Technology, Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors and has held senior leadership roles in Operations, Third Party Logistics, Transportation and Consulting. Paul’s range of experience includes implementing supply chain systems, designing and integrating logistics networks, leadership development, building safety programs, strategic planning and customer relationship management.
Prior to joining Plexxus Paul was the Vice President, Logistics and Operations Support at LifeLabs where he also led the integration of the logistics operations as a result of two major corporate acquisitions.
Paul holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics in Statistics from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Healthcare Supply Chain Network.

Interim Chief Financial Officer
As the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Plexxus, Angela Holtham provides Financial oversight as well as Strategic and Operational support to Plexxus and the CEO, a role she previously performed at Plexxus in 2012/13.
Angela served for 10 years on the Resources and Audit Committee of Plexxus. and currently serves as a director and audit committee chair on several Boards, including Oncolytics Biotech Inc., a Canadian publicly-held biopharmaceutical company focused on a potential cancer treatment, and Compute Canada, a not-for-profit corporation deploying advanced research computing systems, storage and software solutions for Canadian academic researchers.
During her career in finance, Angela held a number of positions in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, including eight years as the Vice President, Finance, and CFO of The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto and 20 years with Nabisco Canada, the last five of which she spent as Senior Vice President and CFO.
Angela holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree from the University of Waterloo. She is an FCPA, FCMA and holds the ICD.D designation.
